We view both pieces of news positively, because 1) the extension of the derivative transaction, which is as much as three years, gives Ms Chu some flexibility to increase her stake in future; 2) the company can be more flexible in exercising its share buyback policy; and 3) the increase in annual caps suggests its strategy to leverage its relation to tobacco companies and offers them more value-added business. Maintain Buy.
